About the Role

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or currently working towards)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Quality of Care Principles
• Reliability to work rostered shifts
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of WH&S and infection control practices
• Current NDIS Clearance
• Proof of Australian working rights

Desirable

• Previous experience in residential aged care (preferred but not essential)
• Strong care planning and resident engagement skills
