Currently, I work as a casual Disability Support Worker at Marymead Catholic Care, where I assist clients with personal care, mobility support, medication administration, and daily living activities. Additionally, in my role as a Rostering Administrator at Uniting Care, I coordinate staff schedules at Uniting Care to ensure the efficient delivery of care services. This dual experience has strengthened my ability to provide hands-on support while also understanding the operational aspects of care services, enabling me to be a proactive and adaptable team member. With a strong passion for providing high-quality care, I am committed to supporting individuals with disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and well-being.

I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and possess all necessary certifications, including First Aid, Manual Handling, an NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate, and a valid WWVP card with NDIS activities. My ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and foster a safe and inclusive environment aligns well with Hartley Lifecare’s values of respect and compassionate care.
