About the Role
As an Assistant in Nursing, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in accordance with individual care plans. You will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported and respected throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal and clinical care in line with care plans
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes promptly
- Complete accurate documentation and reporting
- Support residents’ comfort, dignity and safety overnight
- Work collaboratively within a professional care team

Essential Requirements
