About the Role

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in accordance with individual care plans. You will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported and respected throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personal and clinical care in line with care plans
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes promptly
• Complete accurate documentation and reporting
• Support residents’ comfort, dignity and safety overnight
• Work collaboratively within a professional care team

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this Assistant in Nursing job in Perth, you must have:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
