St Vincent’s Care Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Service Employees to join the team at St Vincent’s Care Services Heathcote (John Paul Village).
This is a permanent part-time opportunity with afternoon shifts available, ideal for carers who are passionate about person-centred, relationship-based care and want to be part of a values-driven organisation.

As a Care Service Employee, you will support residents with daily living activities while fostering dignity, independence, and meaningful connection.
You’ll be part of an experienced and supportive team dedicated to creating a safe, warm, and professional care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal and resident-centred care aligned with individual care plans
- Support residents with daily living activities and wellbeing needs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain accurate care documentation using AutumnCare or similar systems
- Uphold resident rights, dignity, and choice
- Contribute positively to a respectful, team-focused workplace
🎓 What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role
- Residential aged care experience (highly regarded)
- Availability to work PM shifts during the week
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of aged care standards and resident rights
- Experience with electronic care documentation systems
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
