🩺 What Your Day Looks Like – Disability Support Worker

As a Support Worker – Home & Living, your role will include:

Supporting participants to build skills and achieve personal goals
Providing personal care with dignity, including hygiene, showering, toileting, meals, and household tasks (supporting both male and female participants)
Encouraging independence, choice, and control
Supporting social, recreational, and community activities
Creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Celebrating progress and empowering success—every achievement matters

⏰ Roster: Flexible shifts across a 24/7 roster, including overnights and weekends

Passionate about supporting people with disability

Flexible and committed to working across rotating rosters
Detail-oriented, with strong documentation skills
Qualified, with:
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Hold a valid Driver’s Licence and have access to an insured vehicle
