Regis Home Care is offering an exciting new opportunity for compassionate Home Care Support Workers to join our Home Care Hubs in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs, including Blackburn.

🩺 How You Will Make an Impact
As a Home Care Support Worker, your role will include:
- Assisting with domestic support (cleaning, washing, ironing, vacuuming)
- Supporting personal hygiene (showering, grooming, dressing)
- Helping with shopping and meal preparation
- Monitoring and assisting with medication
- Scheduling and attending appointments
- Providing companionship and supporting social activities
- Delivering care tailored to each client’s health, interests, and lifestyle
📍 You will support a small group of clients across various locations in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.

We’re looking for caring, reliable individuals who bring:
- Previous experience in day respite or lifestyle support (preferred)
- A warm, caring, and respectful nature
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, practical, and solutions-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable, registered & insured vehicle
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- WWVP Card with NDIS Endorsement
- Medication Administration Competency
