🧑⚕️ Your Role as a Home Care Worker
You’ll provide in-home support services that promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing, including:
🏡 Domestic & Home Support
- Housekeeping, cleaning, mopping and vacuuming
- Making beds and general household tasks
- Laundry – washing, folding and ironing
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping
💙 Personal & Complex Care
- Showering, dressing and morning routines
- Medication assistance
- Mobility and manual handling support
- Hoist transfers and therapy goals
- Dementia and high-care support
- Social, emotional and companionship support
- Transport to appointments and lifestyle activities
- Respite support for family carers

We’re looking for Home Care Workers who:
- Enjoy variety and working independently
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Stay calm, patient and solution-focused
- Deliver professional, compassionate care every visit
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 months experience in a similar care role
- Experience with personal care, manual handling, hoists & medications
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Own insured and roadworthy vehicle
- Willingness to complete required checks
