🧑⚕️ Personal Care Worker (Casual) – Calvary Doonside

This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you will deliver high-quality, resident-centred care, helping older Australians live with choice, dignity, and independence.
🩺 About the Role – Personal Care Worker Aged Care
As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide essential daily support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs are met.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting residents to live the life they choose, promoting independence and choice
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene while maintaining dignity
- Contributing to residents’ physical, emotional, and lifestyle wellbeing through assessment and observation
- Implementing clinical and care interventions as delegated by the Registered Nurse
- Delivering care in accordance with individual care plans
- Working collaboratively within a supportive aged care team
🎓 About You – Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- A genuine passion for aged care and understanding of the sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive attitude and desire to work as part of a caring team
- Commitment to providing resident-centred, high-quality care
