Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Worker in Brighton, you will:

• Provide quality personal care aligned with individual resident care plans
• Support residents with daily living and recreational activities
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and families
• Monitor and report changes in resident behaviour or health to nursing staff
• Complete all documentation accurately and in line with compliance requirements
• Uphold best-practice aged care standards and safety protocols

About You – Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible casual/contract shifts and pick up additional hours
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
• Free seasonal flu vaccination
• National Police Check (mandatory)
• NDIS Check (may be required)
• Valid Australian work rights
