Bolton Clarke, one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit aged care providers, is seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our Home & Community Care team across Perth Metro North and surrounding areas.

🩺 Key Responsibilities – Personal Care Worker

As a Home Care Worker with Bolton Clarke, you will:

Provide personal care support, including hygiene, grooming, and showering
Assist clients with daily living activities to support independence and wellbeing
Provide domestic assistance, including housework and light cleaning
Support clients with transport to appointments and errands
Encourage social engagement and community participation
Deliver person-centred care aligned with individual needs, interests, and choices
Travel across allocated areas within Perth Metro North

🎓 Essential Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
A valid WA Driver’s Licence
Access to your own reliable vehicle
Valid Australian working rights
Police Check (within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to provide:
- Annual flu vaccination
- COVID-19 vaccination evidence
