💼 About the Role
We’re looking for caring and committed Personal Care Workers to join our growing team in the City of Manningham area. This role supports clients with in-home aged care and community-based assistance, helping them live independently with dignity.
Multiple part-time and casual opportunities are available, ideal for those passionate about aged care and flexible work arrangements.
🧡 Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and light household tasks
- Support clients during community outings, shopping, and attending appointments
- Promote independence and engagement
- Maintain clear communication with the care team regarding client needs or feedback
- Ensure privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in all aspects of client care
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or higher
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Experience working with the elderly or in home/community care (preferred)
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to meet the physical demands of the role
