- Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
- Personal Care Worker (PCW)
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care including showering, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Support residents with daily activities and mobility
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meals and feeding when required
- Follow care plans and report changes in resident health to nursing staff
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Previous experience in aged care or healthcare support
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- COVID-19 & Flu vaccination as per health guidelines
- A compassionate, respectful, and team-focused attitude
