🧑‍⚕️ Specialised Carer – Home Care | Inner West Sydney

HammondCare is seeking female Specialised Carers to support older people living independently in their own homes across Ashfield and Sydney’s Inner West. This role offers flexible part-time and casual opportunities, paid travel, full training, and genuine career development in community aged care.

You will provide practical, compassionate home care that directly improves clients’ independence, dignity, and quality of life.

🏡 About the Role – Home Care Support

As a Specialised Carer – Home Care, you will travel to clients’ homes using your own vehicle and provide essential support, including:

Personal care assistance (showering, dressing, grooming)
Meal preparation and light household cleaning
Transport to appointments and assistance with shopping
Medication assistance as required
Supporting clients to live safely and independently at home

🚗 Travel is paid – receive $0.99 per km plus paid travel time, and a mobile phone is provided.

🎓 About You – Skills & Requirements

We are looking for caring, reliable people who:

Are patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused
Have experience in aged care or community care, or are keen to start a career in aged care
Hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence
Have access to a reliable, insured vehicle (minimum Third Party Property Insurance)
Are flexible to meet the changing needs of home care clients
Ideally hold Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
