Bolton Clarke is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers in Mordialloc VIC to join our Bayside residential aged care home on a casual basis. About the Role – Personal Care Worker Mordialloc VIC
As a Personal Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care aligned with individual resident care plans
- Support residents with daily living activities and recreational engagement
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition or behaviour
- Complete documentation accurately and in line with compliance standards
- Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and care teams

About You
To be successful as a Personal Care Worker in Mordialloc, you will have:
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent
- Previous experience working with residents living with dementia (preferred)
- Flexibility to work casual shifts and pick up additional hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful care
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check and NDIS Check if required
