Responsibilities
As a Personal Care Assistant / Personal Care Worker, you will contribute to providing quality care and support to residents at Paynesville Gardens Care Community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents in their daily care needs.
- Providing compassionate and respectful care.
- Working as part of the aged care team.
- Following workplace care and safety procedures.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive environment for residents.
- Working flexible shifts across a 7-day rotating roster.
Requirements

Qualifications

- Certificate III in Individual Support.
