About the Personal Support Worker Role
As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality personal, emotional and social support to residents. You will play an important role in helping residents feel respected, comfortable and supported in their daily lives.

Personal Support Worker Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining accurate care documentation and records.

Personal Support Worker Requirements
To be considered for this Personal Support Worker opportunity, applicants should have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or an equivalent qualification.
- A genuine passion for aged care and supporting older people.
- A friendly, compassionate and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Australian Working Rights.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
Personal Support Worker Qualifications
The key qualification required for this role is a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
Applicants should also be prepared to meet Arcare’s relevant screening and employment requirements, including holding or obtaining an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
