🏥 About the Carer Job Bull Creek Perth Role
As a Carer at Lefroy Care Centre, you will deliver individualised care that supports residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. This is a permanent part-time position offering 25.1 hours per fortnight.
Fixed Roster (Commitment Required)
Week 1
- Thursday: 7:00am – 3:15pm
Week 2
- Wednesday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

🧑⚕️ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised care aligned with individual care plans
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing
- Assist with personal care including showering, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Support activities of daily living and mobility
- Assist residents during meal times, including feeding when required
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Advocate for residents’ rights and dignity
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive care environment

- Certificate III in Aged Care or relevant industry experience

- Availability to attend a compulsory 5-day induction at Rivervale Training Institute
