As a Carer at Lefroy Care Centre, you will deliver individualised care that supports residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing. This is a permanent part-time position offering 25.1 hours per fortnight.

Fixed Roster (Commitment Required)

Week 1

Thursday: 7:00am – 3:15pm

Week 2

Wednesday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

🧑‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalised care aligned with individual care plans
Support residents’ physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing
Assist with personal care including showering, toileting, dressing, and grooming
Support activities of daily living and mobility
Assist residents during meal times, including feeding when required
Administer medications safely and accurately
Advocate for residents’ rights and dignity
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive care environment
